How We Invest

Ocean Beach Capital offers a comprehensive range of venture capital and real estate services. Ocean Beach Capital's strategy is multi-pronged: we first analyze the market to find investment opportunities, complete the acquisition, and then capitalize upon increased market value. We currently have 55 properties under our ownership and management. We also manage thousands of acres of land for mineral and timber extraction.
